The hotel had a beautiful design that made me feel very comfortable. , the location was awesome - close to great places to eat and shop. My room had fantastic amenities, such as a smart TV with Netflix and good bathroom supplies.

The hotel's WIFI was a bit slow and kept disconnecting. Further, the water stream in the bathroom was very weak and the air conditioning system was hard to control.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooftop bar had an amazing view of the city. The interior design of my room was excellent, making great use of the small space with lots of storage options and a sliding bed.

The hotel is located in a bustling area with plenty of night food options and the interior is beautifully designed. the room has a comfortable bed and a TV that connects to personal accounts. the staff are friendly and helpful when present.

Guests have reported some unacceptable breaches of privacy and safety due to understaffing, non-functioning room facilities, and poor housekeeping.

The interior of the room was cool and the bed was very comfy. the location of the hotel is great, with plenty of late-night food options nearby. the room had basic utensils and a smart TV that allowed me to log onto my Netflix account.

The shower needs upgrading for hot water and there were some stray hairs observed when I checked in. the noise late at night was also bothersome.
